🔁 How to Start a Return

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please inspect it immediately and contact us. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery

We'll reply with the return address and step-by-step instructions depending on your location.
Do not send any item back without first requesting a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


📦 Return Shipping & Fees

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer

  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied on all refunds (non-defective returns)
  • No restocking fee is applied on Exchanges or Replacements
  • Returns requested after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted

🔄 Exchanges

  • Need a different size? No problem.
  • The fastest way is to return the item first
  • Once approved, we’ll ship out your desired size or product at no additional fee
  • Exchanges are subject to the same 15-day window

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom-sized or personalized items
  • Bondage gear, BDSM clothing, or intimate fetish items
    (due to hygiene & safety concerns)

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email update:

  • If approved, the refund (minus restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method

  • You can also request store credit, which is issued instantly after approval
