Shipping
For a limited time, Leather Gear is offering FREE Express Worldwide Shipping on all orders (excluding Russia & Brazil).

- Orders are shipped via standard express carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS in discreet packaging.
- Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes, Pack Stations, or Postfiliale addresses.

Once your order is placed, our standard processing time is 5-7 business days. For custom-made orders, please allow up to 2 weeks for production.
As soon as your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Yes — a 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items (refund requests) to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.
💡 However, there is no restocking fee for exchanges or replacements due to sizing issues, faults, or defects. We’re happy to help you get the perfect fit!

Returns
At LeatherGear, we proudly stand behind the quality of our products with a 2-year craftsmanship guarantee and a 15-day easy return policy from the date of delivery for any defects in material or workmanship.
✅ If your item has a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace or credit it — no questions asked.
❌ However, we do not accept returns due to:
- Improper use or mishandling
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect storage or poor maintenance

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
✅ Return Eligibility:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and sent back in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
📌 Important Notes:
- Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Exchanges or replacements are free of restocking charges.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Orders cannot be changed once shipped. They must be received first and then returned under our return policy guidelines.
- Incase of refusal to accept the parcel, 50% of the order's amount will be detucted as return customs duties, transport and restocking charges.

Pricing
VAT and general sales taxes are already included in the price shown on our website.
However, your order may still be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or local fees imposed by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid separately at delivery.
We do our best to help by declaring the value of goods as low as possible to reduce potential duties, but we have no control over the final decision of your country’s customs office.

Currently, LeatherGear operates exclusively online, allowing us to offer premium handcrafted leather fetishwear at affordable prices by eliminating the overhead of physical retail spaces.

The only sizing issue we commonly see is with leather pants and shorts, as sizing standards vary across countries. For other items like shirts, vests, and jackets, the sizes are more universal — simply select the size you usually wear.
👉 For pants and shorts, it’s important to measure accurately, as leather fits best when tailored to your body.

- Use a tailor’s measuring tape to measure your lower waist (upper hips) directly on bare skin, with a tight fit.
- The measurement in inches is your actual leather pants size.
