Shipping

Processing time of each order is 5-7 business days, for Custom orders allow up to 2 weeks

Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Once your parcel is shipped from our warehouse, please use the Track&Trace link to follow the progress of your parcel, and monitor for any changes or delays to your shipment.

Is it safe to receive a package from any area where COVID-19 has been reported?

Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.

Returns

LeatherGear guarantees the quality of all its products for up to 2 years and offers 15 Days Money Back return policy after the purchase date for defects in material or craftsmanship.

Any returns due to defects/complaints will be replaced/credited by LeatherGear if the return is caused by defects in material and/or craftsmanship. LeatherGear will not accept/replace/credit returns which are caused by improper use or mishandling, normal wear and tear and/or unacceptable storage and/or maintenance of the disputed item. Should goods be faulty in materials or craftsmanship,
please notify us at info@myleathergear.com and return it immediately (unused) for exchange or refund.

We have a 15-day return policy (Money Back Guarantee), which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. So buy with confidence!!

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@myleathergear.com we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

However, Once you have placed the orders, you cannot change it and it will only be returned after it has been delivered to you. In order to send the products back to us, kindly follow all of the conditions listed in our refund policy so that we may process your exchange request.
 

Pricing

VAT & General Taxes are Included in the Price but Item may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country (Payable by customer).

These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Contact your local authorities for more information.

As we are operating with a mission of providing quality leather products to our prestigious customers at a very affordable price, we don’t operate any physical outlets and sell exclusively through our online store which gives us the advantage of having lower costs.

Since a good fitting is so important, we always advice to take accurate measurements of yourself. Please see Size chart for details.

If you are having a problem with the checkout or payment of your order we are here to help!

First steps, we always recommend you clear your browser cookies, see Managing Cookies above. Then close your browser, and try again (this works 95% of the time!)

Some customers are unable to complete their orders. To assist you further we will need the following information about your order:

  • The items (Name, SKU), Quantity, Size/Color, etc.
  • Your shipping address

When your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will be sent your tracking number.
